Flange-Couplings

A flange coupling is a mechanical device used to connect two rotating shafts, it consists of flanges one of which is fixed at the end of each shaft. the two Flanges being bolted together with a ring of bolts to complete the coupling connection. Rigid flange couplings are primarily used on conveyor belt drives holding the gearbox shaft to the drive pulley shaft. A list of standard sizes of flange couplings is provided below.
